Participation in Talent Acquisition Live, organized by Werf& and Digitaal-Werven, only the participation conditions below apply. Upon registration, you agree with this and the purchase conditions of the tenderer will lapse.
1. Your data
Always enter your business email address with your application. All correspondence goes through your business email address. After registering for the event, we will keep you informed by e-mail and SMS (which is why we ask for the mobile number when registering).
2. Tariff and payment conditions
Participation in Talent Acquisition Live costs € 395, – (excluding VAT) per participant. Until 1 July 2018 you will benefit from the very early bird rate of € 345, – (excluding VAT). After registration, you will digitally receive the invoice as pdf from Delft Congress Support B.V. who provides the invoicing for Talent Acquisition Live. Via this link you can view the conditions of Delft Congress Support B.V . The invoice must be paid within 30 days. Only after payment you will receive your ticket prior to the event. Participation rate includes lunch, drinks and snacks in between and networking drinks. After we have received your registration, you can pay directly via o.a. iDEAL and credit card or on account. When paying on account the participation fee must be paid within 30 days and always before the start of the event. In both cases you immediately receive an invoice in PDF format.
3. Registration conditions
You can only register online for this event, until 5 pm on Wednesday 19 September 2018 or until the event is sold out. See also the conditions of Delft Congress Support B.V .
4. Cancellation conditions
When you have registered for the event, we will incur costs as organizer to realize your participation. We therefore use the following cancellation conditions: Your registration can only be canceled by e-mail. If you cancel up to four weeks before the start of the event, we will charge you € 55, – (excluding VAT) administration costs. If you report within four weeks before the start, we will be obliged to calculate the full registration amount. Paying participants can, of course, make a substitute for the registration if they are unable to attend. This can be devoted by the participant himself by clicking on the change link at the bottom of the confirmation.
After registration and payment, you will receive your e-ticket no later than one week prior to the event. Take this e-ticket printed out on your smartphone on the day for a quick participant registration. The organization reserves the right to deactivate e-tickets if the participation fee has not been paid in time.
